Closed 59,505 sales, down -1.2% over last year.
Median sale price increased +2.0% to $253,000.
Townhouses and Condos
Closed 25,060 sales, down -7.3% over last year.
Median sale price increased +3.1% to $185,575.

Cape Coral / Fort Myers (MSA)

Single Family Homes
Closed 2,827 sales, down -8.5% over last year.
Median sale price increased +1.4% to $255,000.
Townhouses and Condos
Closed 1,576 sales, down -10.0% over last year.
Median sale price remained neutral at $190,000.
