This report reflects single family homes, townhouses and condos closed sales and median sale prices. This data is a summary and detail of the 22 marketing statistical areas (MSA) of Florida.

State of Florida – Single Family Homes
Closed 26,992 sales, up +6.2% compared to last year.
Median sale price increased +2.6% to $259,470.
Year to Date
Closed 86,497 sales, up +1.0% over last year.
Median sale price increased + 2.0% to $255,000.

State of Florida – Townhouse / Condo
Closed 11,817 sales, up +3.2% over last year.
Median sale price increased +2.1% to $194,050.
Year to Date
Closed 36,877 sales, down -4.2% over last year.
Median sale price increased +3.8% to $189,900.

Cape Coral / Fort Myers (MSA) – Single Family Homes
Closed 1,362 sales, down -6.8% over last year.
Median sale price increased +1.3% to $266,500.
Year to Date
Closed 4,189 sales, down -7.9% over last year.
Median sale price increased +2.0% to $260,000.

Cape Coral / Fort Myers (MSA) – Townhouse / Condo
Closed 823 sales, up +6.9% over last year.
Median sale price increased +3.5% to $205,000.
Year to Date
Closed 2,399 sales, down -4.8% over last year.
Median sale price flat 0.0% to $195,000.
