Closed 15,526 sales, down 6.2% over January of last year.
Median sale price increased by 4.1% to $249,900.

State of Florida – Townhouses and Condos
Closed 6,739 sales, down 10.9% over January of last year.
Median sale price increased by 2.8% to $182,500.
